streaming services work with thousands of libraries around the United
States, and some Canadian libraries, to provide ad-free movies, TV
shows, documentaries, and children's programs. Assuming your local
library participates, all you need to access this content is a library
card.
Kanopy also connects with various university
libraries in the US.

free library connections near you for these services. Kanopy also offers
an unlimited streaming service for children through their Kanopy for
Kids section of their Kanopy website.
Hoopla works with apps on Apple TV, Amazon
Fire TV devices, and Android TV devices.
Kanopy offers apps for Apple TV and Roku.
